"Savannah is the best real estate agent we have ever known. In the course of my life I have bought and sold six houses, Savannah has been our agent for three. Her knowledge of the market is beyond reproach and her marketing abilities are superhuman. We met Savannah three years ago when we walked into an "Open House" Savannah was holding. We weren't really considering buying or selling at the time, but Savannah's engaging personality and caring heart stood at the forefront when we decided to sell our first house with her. Savannah was upfront about what the market was doing and advised us on what we should expect during the sales process and what we could expect to get for our house. Savannah was 100% correct. In our search for a new house, Savannah listened to what we wanted and found us the house to purchase. She made the process almost painless and was with us every step of the way. During this time, Savannah was not only our Realtor® but became our friend. Over the years of our friendship, we watched Savannah go from a one-woman show to building her sales team that makes buying and selling a home a great experience. We also introduced her to our friends needing a Realtor®, and she delivered every time. After tragedy struck our family, we decided to sell our current home (at the worst time of year) and move to be near family in another state. Even though we knew leaving was going to be a sad process, Savannah still acted with the love and grace that defines her. We sat with Savannah and she walked us through the process one more time, explaining that it wasn't the best time of year, that we would need very specific buyers, that we would need patience and faith in her, and that through it all we would get the very best price for our home. And one more time Savannah was 100% correct. When other Realtors® said we priced too high, or expectations were incorrect, Savannah stood with us. Though it all, the process was exactly as Savannah said; we got the price Savannah told us we could expect and the new homeowners were exactly the right people. We can't leave out Savannah's team and her amazing husband. Savannah's team are the most pleasant but hard-working people and Treg (her husband) is amazing. We had already moved out and left the state; Savannah and Treg stopped by to check on our house and notice an outdoor faucet dripping from a pipe joint. We first heard of this when Savannah sent us pictures "Treg noticed a pipe was leaking. Treg fixed it". These are the most caring people, and the people you want to help you to buy and sell your home."
